The chocolate figure of the most famous ski jumper in the history of Poland – Adam Małysz was made in 2001 by the best Wisła confectioners as a gift in commemoration of all the achievements of the champion from Wisła. It was made of a block of white chocolate weighed 330 kilograms. The statue itself is 2.5 meters tall, it weighs 180 kilograms and it took eight confectioners 264 hours of work to curve it. At first the statue was not protected at all but so many enthusiastic fans wanted to taste their idol that it had to placed in a glass case.
