PKP Intercity is the biggest in Poland railway operator, they specialize in country and international transport. PKP Intercity trains go from Wisła to Warsaw and back. intercity.pl
The Silesian Railway Ltd. (started on 1st October, 2011) is the local railway operator which provides connections from Wisła to Katowice and Gliwice. kolejeslaskie.com

Unfortunately, there is no ticket office in Wisła but the tickets can be bought directly from a train conductor (no extra charge) or online.

There are two main bus stops in Wisła: one is next to the railway station in the centre of the town and the other is a bus station in Lipowa Road.
