On most of the mountain tops in the Beskid Mountains the tourists can not only admire the boards with breathtaking panoramas of the mountains but they are also provided with a lot of information about them.
Cieńków, Cieślar, Czupel, Groń, Jarzębata, Kiczory, Skolnity, Soszów Wielki, Stożek Wielki - these are the mountain tops on which the boards have been exhibited. Each of them contains a panoramic photograph of all the mountains with the description (the name of them and their heights) and a short text on the history of the place, the nearest attractions and the tourist trails which the tourist can choose from them. The texts have been written according to the guidebook on the Beskid Mountains. All the boards have been made of very resistant materials and they are in fact information points providing the tourists with a lot of information about the Beskid Mountains and not only that.
There is one more element in the project of the ‘The panoramas of the mountains’ – it is a ‘virtual walk‘ - a computer program which allows you to take a walk around all the mountains in the region in the Internet.
